Usage and Maintenance:

1.Check the spindle motor turn smoothly or not,the parameter for electric is fitness,the waterway is unobstructed

2.The parameter of inverter must be correctly.the wire connected is correct.

3.The spindle motor works,please make sure that it is not abnormal noise.the direction of rotation is normal

(Forbid reversing)

4. The water for cooling must be clean,The water in tank should be more than35L/M,Forbid being no water and having waste in the water tank.Water tube be connected firmly.The rest water in the frame must be cleaned when not use.

5.The spindle motor should be running at the initial use or for a long time usage(more than 6 month). It should be run(3000-4000rpm) with low speed for one hour,then add speed(5000rpm,half-hour interval),until up to the rated speed.

6.The collector must be cleaned,then install the tools.

7.Forbid hitting and beating (Specially the output axis)

8.wire connection:(1) (2) (3) is the voltage,(4) is earthing.
